We chose the far reaches of the Sonoma Coast Appellation to source our Pinot Noir, searching for elegance, tension, and harmony. A difficult, 2 hour drive from Healdsburg, California, the Campbell Ranch sits above the breakers near the town of Annapolis. With its close proximity to the cool waters of the Sonoma Coast, the Campbell Ranch experiences a longer, cool growing season, with just enough elevation to allow the vines to reach above the fog and reveal themselves to the midsummer sun.

This vineyard epitomizes the far Sonoma Coast, offering our wines a racy acidity and elegance, while showing a depth and complexity that only the Sonoma Coast can offer.  In the winery, we use a deft and restrained hand, guiding the true spirit of the vineyard. New oak barrels are used sparingly. Elegance is preferred over brawn. This wine has plenty to enjoy, and time in glass reveals layers of hidden blackberry, tea and spice. Seamless in structure, this Pinot Noir teases the palate with subtlety.
